In order to invest in development of young people with high potential, EKO Serbia conducts internship programs throughout the year. It includes three-months engagement where interns have the opportunity to work full-time under supervision of experienced and enthusiastic professionals – their personal mentors. The selection process is organised in several rounds, including tests of numerical and analytical reasoning and interviews in English, both with HR manager and Manager of the relevant Department.
When chosen, the interns are encouraged to be fully involved in every working aspect of EKO Serbia, both providing new ideas and gaining new knowledge and valuable experience. Extraordinary interns who prove to be dilligent and keen on performing their duties get the opportunity to enter the selection process when the vacancy occurs.
