Marketing Loyalty Category Supervisor

Location: Belgrade

ü  Organisation and monitoring of the SMILE loyalty program, including analysis, action plans etc.

ü  Proposals for promotional and trade marketing actions for the SMILE program

ü  Negotiating loyalty offers and cross loyalty promotions

ü  Monitoring stocks, performance and KPI of loyalty program

ü  Running thorough analytics for the loyalty program

ü  Running marketing surveys and research

ü  Preparing the informative materials including all POS communication for the loyalty program

ü  Collecting and coordinating new trade marketing offers

ü  Organising the order, receipt and distribution of marketing materials for petrol stations

ü  Regularly reviews the information on the SMILE portal and application Android and IOS of the Company

               Dynamic international environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

·         University degree in Marketing, Economics, Management, or related educational field

·         At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, category management or relevant sales position, preferably in an international environment

·         Detailed-oriented person with organizational agility

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Team working ability and strong communication skills

·         Flexible and proactive personality

·         Fluent in written and spoken English language

·         Good computer skills (Excel, PPT)
