Main responsibilities:
  • Organises and leads NFR team
  • Ensures implementation of the NFR business strategy
  • Responsible for personal and team's goals achievement within set time scales and resources
  • Responsible for the development of NFR programme at EKO gas stations (Mini Market, coffee shop, car wash), as well as for additional services
  • Explores new opportunities in NFR product range, identifying new suppliers and managing existing ones; negotiates the supply of the goods at the best possible conditions
  • Studies price movements and market conditions in order to formulate pricing strategies
  • Monitors the delivery of goods to gas stations and evaluates the quality of suppliers' services
  • Agrees on marketing contracts with suppliers - renting of advertising space and positions - in accordance with the business plan
  • Liases and attends meetings with other company functions necessary to aid business and organisational development
  • Collects and organizes reliable information about competitors business trends
  • Maintains relevant reporting and planning systems
  • Is responsible for professional development and training of the NFR team
  • At all times abides by Company policies on safety, financial and corporate governance matters

Requirements:
  • University degree in Economics, Management, or related educational field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in category management or relevant sales position, preferably in an FMCG industry and international enviroment
  • Flexible and proactive personality
  • Detailed-oriented person with organizational agility
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team working ablility and strong communication skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PPT)
