Area Retail Trainer


Main responsibilities:

  • Daily training of employees at our retail network, in order to focus on our customers and improve service levels;
  • Creation and implementation of effective programs, in order to improve active sales at the retail outlets;
  • Daily inspection of staff at the retail outlets and of their progress in improving the level of service and active sales;
  • Creation of new programs to motivate employees at retail outlets;
  • Team work with the commercial and other departments in the Company, in order to conduct training programs successfully;
  • Analysis of the performance and effectiveness of staff training at the retail outlets;
  • Weekly submission of reports and analysis to the higher-level supervisor/manager.




  • University degree;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Proactive individual and fast learner;
  • Team working ability and strong communication skills
  • Flexible and proactive personality
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Good PC skills;
  • Driving license B category (active driver is a must).
