The device is activated using an RFID card, which is available from the EKO petrol station staff.
The first step is to connect your vehicle to the charger using the appropriate cable and then contact the attendant to activate the charger and start the charging process. Two chargers with different charging capacities are available:
AC 22 kW
DC 50 kW
Choose the charger that suits your vehicle.
To stop the charging, press the STOP button located on the charger screen.
Pay the bill at the mini-market counter and it is important to tell the cashier the number of the charger. Keep the receipt and contact the station staff for charger deactivation, allowed the safety connection between the charger and the vehicle to be released.
NOTE: Please be aware that the red STOP button (red mushroom) is intended only in case of emergency, and it will automatically shut down the charger. Once activated, the vehicle cannot be disconnected from the charging cable. In this case, please seek assistance from a staff member. If you wish to resume charging, only station personnel can reactivate the charger.Top of Form
