Fleet Sales/Wholesale Representative

Main responsibilities:

  • Represents the company and maintains regular contact with existing and potential debit and credit customers;   
  • Surveys the credit capacity of customers;
  • Prepares and recommends contracts with customers;
  • Carries out the credit control procedures implemented by the Company;
  • Acts in order to achieve the business objectives of commercial sales;
  • Interacts with clients at his/her own initiative and at the request of gas stations;
  • Studies the needs of customers, formulates written proposals for the audit of clients and monitors the implementation of these proposals for their approval/rejection;
  • Is constantly informed about the market, competition and upcoming requirements;
  • Presents products to potential customers - corporate cards, fuel products, oil and petrochemical products;
  • Analyzes the feedback from the Retail Sector;
  • Visits the area of competence in order to establish contact with regular and potential customers;
  • Responsible for the development and training of customers regarding the products of the Company;
  • Prepares the necessary reports, including forecasts in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Reviews and updates regularly the list of customers;
  • Continuously monitors all outstanding obligations, sends warning letters and notes and informs the legal consultant  about non-performing receivables for their in-court/out-of-court settlement;
  • Takes care of the compliance with the overall processes and procedures of the Company


  • University degree in Economics, Management, or related educational field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a sales representative or relevant sales position, preferably in an international environment
  • Flexible and proactive personality
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented person with organizational agility
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team working ability
  • Fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PPT)
